If someone asked me, whos your favorite fictional character, my immediate answer would be Jack Napier, AKA the Joker. When I saw this prompt though, I began to question my choice though because I thought, "i could have any super power in the world," but these are the reason I would choose the joker.
1) He is Classic.
Everyone knows of the Joker, and with all of the renditions of him over the years, everyone has a favorite.
2) Great Style.
Although some of his colors might clash, the Joker is one of very few supervillains, and even fewer super heroes, who has A+ fashion.
3) He actually is a jokester.
In the original reditions of the joker, he was much less of a killer than he is portrayed as today. Although Heath Ledgers rendition of the Joker was legendary, and by far one of my favorite, the original Joker was much more about the Jokes, and his goal was to make people smile.
and although there is much more, the final point I will leave you on about the joker...
4) Bad ass sidekick, Harley Quinn.
