Create Your Own Adventrue

Prompt 1: What is the biggest problem you see in the world today? How should it be fixed?

Prompt 2: You are given the option between saving all of your close family and friends or the rest of the world that you are unacquainted with. Which would you chose and why?

Prompt 3: If every situation from now on turned out as planned, where do you see yourself, and what would you be doing with your life?

Prompt 1:

Money is the root of all evil. Money is the root of all problems. The root of issues, the root of corruption, inefficiency, power struggles, economic hardships, social stratification, pain. Our greed for the green is a huge issue in our world- if people would be less focused on how many figures they make and more focused on how many people they could help, we would begin to see a revolution.

Since I never shut up about ChickFilA, I'll use it as an example. The owner there makes a comfortable 30 grand per month. He runs several charity and community events that he may lose profit from, and that's great. I commend him for doing that, and that is a wonderful start. However, I'm under the impression that we should go a step further. On Saturday nights, we throw away almost everything- likely approaching $1000 worth of sales- in fear of giving it away for free. As it is 99% perishable food, we are unable to give it to God's Pantry or other organizations. This is seen as a limitation to our kindness, however, it should be seen as a motivator to get us out of our comfort zone. Instead of throwing in the towel (or the food, rather), we should drive it down to those in need ourselves. Impoverished people rarely get nutrients found in fresh produce or meat, and a weekly change to that diet would be beneficial to their health.

The world is evil. The world has problems. And a change in mindset, the willingness to go the second mile, to go out of our comfort zone to better another, that is the solution.
