Do You Know Your Neighbor? - Elle Ogden

I'm pretty sure my neighbor would fall under the "class clown" category. Spencer is always trying to make others laugh which is wonderful considering english is pretty early in the morning. He enjoys making loud noises, or just yelling "loud noise" when the class is arguing about something. He's a member of the debate team, and I think golf team (Sorry Spencer if I get this wrong).
I would characterize Spencer as a bright orange because he's always happy and energetic. He rarely ever comes into class looking tired, which I am still unsure as to how he does this. In 5 years, I see Spencer at a preppy college excelling in whatever major he chooses and probably belonging to a fraternity of some sort.
In all seriousness, Spencer is kind and welcoming to all his peers. I don't think I've ever heard him say a negative thing about another person. He sees the positive side of everything.
