October 1^st. On this day in 1908 Henry Ford introduced the first Ford Model T. And yes you could say this event was a good one considering the impact it’s had on the world since then. Not only did this impact a single city or nation but rather an entire world. Because of Henry Ford and his invention transportation has become a significantly easier task. With the invention of the Model T development of the car began and since then it has come very far from where it started. Now there are cars for everyone and for every purpose imaginable. They’re used as transportation of people, transporting goods, racing, experiments, breaking records, exploring, everyday use, and other things. In the United States cars are everywhere and they are a part of everyone’s life. Teenagers can’t wait till they are old enough to get their license so they can get out of the house and people use them to get just about everywhere they are going. If they don’t have access to their own car they use a taxi, lift, uber or a bus so somebody else can drive them to their destination.
