iwrite: Morgan Lakofka
If I
had grown up 20 years earlier, I would be screwed in my math class, I would be
lost somewhere in the backstreets of Lexington, I would not be able to say “WHAT
ARE THOSE” when I see someone wearing a pair of Crocs. TI-84 calculators, a GPS
system, and Crocs are three great inventions that weren’t around 20 years ago.
If it weren’t for cellphones, I wouldn’t communicate with any friends because I
would be too lazy to write a letter. If it weren’t for texting, all the relationships
I’d have would be imaginary because of my lack of guts to actually talk to
people I don’t know. If it weren’t for social media, I would not be able to hit
the whip. If it weren’t for YouTube,
there would be no videos to watch until 3:00 AM. If it weren’t for computers, I’d
probably have a hard time trying to publish this blog post. I prefer this time
period because life without technology just seems really hard.
